The Dave Kurlan / OMG evaluation process will provide you and your sales candidates with feedback such as:

• Determine your potential for growth
• Learn whether you might benefit from additional training
• Determine what type of training you might desire.
• Develop your own sales or sales management skills
• Learn how hidden weaknesses may be preventing your future success
• Identify hidden strengths which could enhance your performance

Instructions for Express Screens
(This information is for the candidate you wish to screen)

(Please allow 30-45 minutes)

• Go to expressscreens.com
• The welcome page will read, “ The Dave Kurlan Sales Force Profile TM
  Express Screen – Sales Candidates”
• Complete Section I and Section II, click on the "Next" button to proceed to Section III. Your Access Code is ( MANAGER TO FILL IN FOR CANDIDATE. ) Your Prospective Employer is ( MANAGER TO FILL IN FOR CANDIDATE. )
• Complete Section III and submit your answers.
• Your results will be e-mailed to your prospective employer.
• *Please note – this process must be completed once started.

Instructions for OMG Kurlan Evaluations

(Please allow 30-45 minutes)

• Go to www.omgevaluation.com
• The welcome page will read, “ The Dave Kurlan Sales Force Profile TM
  On-Line Self Assessment”
• Under the heading, "Choose Your Assessment Option Below" click on the gray button that corresponds with your role - "Salespeople" "Non-Selling Professional" "Sales Manager" "Sales Eval Only" "Sales Eval and Pipeline" or "Sales Pipeline Only"
• The next screen will read, "Dave Kurlan Sales Force Profile Self Assessment" and will display a series of contact related questions
• Complete the information requested.
• When you have completed the contact information, click on the gray button, "Next".
• Complete the self-assessment as instructed.
• The results will be emailed to The Lorenzano Group.
